Disclaimer for all the paleo police out there. Am I 100% paleo? Most of the time, yes. I stick to it as much as I can without driving myself nuts (pun sort of intended). Examples? I’ll eat some cheese here and there, I use ghee and sometimes butter. I eat real food. Paleo, primal, caveman, call it what you will.
What I love most about the paleo lifestyle is the versatility it provides. It’s truly a LIFESTYLE and not a diet. It’s something you can maintain for a lifetime.
A bit about me. I studied nutrition and dietetics undergrad and have a Bachelors Degree in the field (with a minor in chemistry). I also have a Masters Degree in Public Health. I’m now working on my MS in human nutrition.
