I’m sparing you the photo because tonight I did a THREE-PEAT! That’s right, I made the veggie fried rice again. I did mix it up a little and used salmon instead of shrimp. Yes I know, I live on the edge. The reason I’m bothering to share this (again) is because I have something very important to add! I’ve decided it’s not veggie rice. It’s paleo couscous baby!
